I try to take with me the best from the cuisines I know, and at the same time be open to new culinary adventures. I am fascinated with food traveling borders.  So my own kitchen is pretty much a global fusion. A balanced diet is important, and I mix and match as I please. I like to make food from scratch, as I like to know what the ingredients are and where they come from.
